Institut of Peace and Development visits Palestine

On the invitation of the United Nations where he is representing his NGO Institute of Peace and Development (a leading NGO in Belgium) and to participate in the ongoing Peace Process in the Middle East, Director INSPAD and prominent Kashmiri Leader Sardar Muhammad Javaid Sarwer, left for Palestine on a four day official visit.

During his stay in Palestine he would be addressing a large number of conferences and meetings with reference to the Peace Process and Conflict of Israel Palestine. He would also meet International leaders and peace analysts from all over the world and discuss with them matters of mutual interest.

Besides, he would be visiting the bordering cities of Israel and Palestine and would avail the opportunity to visit Al Quds Sharif as well. Sardar Muhammad Javaid Sarwer holds the Ambassador of Peace Award from an Organization Universal Peace federation associated with the United Nations.

It is a unique honour for Sardar Muhammad Javaid Sarwer as he is the first Asian to have been invited to address such a prestigious forum. He is being accompanied by Mr. Philippe Jacques, President Universal Peace Federation, Belgium and some other important personalities from Europe also. Upon his return he would submit a detailed report of his programme to the United Nations. Institute of Peace and Development, in collaboration with important European NGOs of repute has chalked out a collective programme for Peace initiation, human rights, solving disputes and above all creating an inter-faith dialogue between various religions and faiths, without any discrimination.
