Prominent Kashmiri statesman and human rights activist, Sardar Shaukat Ali Kashmiri, Chair United Kashmir People's National Party (UKPNP), will be addressing a press conference and a seminar on 25th September-2009, along with M.Ishaque Khan and Jamil Maqsood to discuss upon geo-political situation and prevailing situation in south asia and its impact on rights movement of the people of Pakistani Administered Kashmir special focus on background of pakistani constitutional packages for the people of Gilgit Baltistan ( Northern Kashmir), which was occupied by Pakistan on 28th of April-1949 under so called Karachi Agreement.The future prospects of constitutional package and its impact on civil society, human rights and and stability of entire State of Jammu & Kashmir.
