Why are all official websites of the EU and Wikipedia stating that only Ireland is the naughty one? In reality the Irish people are not the only one being ruled over! Belgian governement is also sending out désinformation about the ratification.

Notre mot à dire is a Belgian Campaign, started by Jef Sleeckx, former member of parliament for 20 years ! , aiming at a referendum for citizens to express their opinion concerning the EU Lisbon Treaty. . The European leaders ordered a new plebisite (referendum by governements) for Ireland. They intend maybe to wear out the No means No campaigners? They might aswel be mistaken. The mouvement is growing stronger against the EU all over Europe. In the mean time people are made to believe, Ireland is the last dissident, the last to ratify. Nothing is less true!

Onzezeg/Notremotadire adresses the Constitutional Court with a first request on dec 8, 2008 and demands annulation of the consentment with the Lisbon Treaty of the flemish parliament. Yesterday, 11 dec they gave a request to stop the ratification of the Lissabon Treaty at the french presidency of de EU , together with the Peoples Mouvement of Ireland who ran a No means No campaign. A second request will be addressed immedialtly when the Federal government decides to publish the agreement with the Lisbon Treaty. While awaiting the answer of the Court, Belgium cannot longer pretend that the ratification is completed. It was never concluded yet, because official announcement of the Royal assent in the legal journal, voted by the federal parliament in april 2008, has never taken place. Why it was not published? Because of the missing intra parliamentary agreement ? How come wikipedia mentions a Royal Assent on 19th of June in a fixed graph which is inchangeable for citizens? This law has never been announced and is the missing piece.

The Belgian ratification needs an agreement between the 9 différent parliaments, federal, regional and communautary and the 7 governements. The tension between the political parties of the language communities in the north and south, have interrupted the discussions on this agreement. It is not yet ready to be voted. This introduces into the European institutions the question of Belgian political division. Pretending the ratification is compléted without this Belgian intra-parlementary agreement, is a political hoax. It is not clear when Belgium will be able to sort this out.

The legal team of Onze Zeg/Notre mot à dire wants the court to find out if this fairly constitutional Treaty can be voted by a parliament as it will seriously change the constitutional position of Belgium. Have all legal consequences for its souvereignity been studied? There is the matter of discrimination between citizens who have the possibility to vote about the Treaty and citizens having to accept parlemantery vote of the Treaty. The opts out in the Treaty are in conflict with the principle of équalities. Some countries will partly "opt out " on certain directives...and others will not be allowed..

Onzezeg asks a clear and honest explanation of the belgian prime minister, Yves Leterme, in this matter. Is the Belgian ratification finished, yes or no ?

When the answer is yes, the Belgian Constitutional Court is adressed to state if this ratification is legal or not.
