Boechout - 'Sfinks started as a garden party and still is a garden party'. Patrick De Groote, the festival organiser, tells us about the special atmosphere that ‘Sfinks’, the Global Music Festival has maintained over the years, and reflects on the different functions that music has around the globe. With music from (in order of appearance): Les Espoirs de Coronthie (Guinea), Cimarrón (Colombia), Gut (Korea), Gypsy.CZ (Czech Republic), Max Romeo (Jamaica), Cimarrón (Colombia).

Nice film! And it looks like a great festival.
Interesting to hear from the organiser, although I don't agree with the old generalisation that "Western music" is for entertainment and "world music" is political.
It'd be nice to see the names of the bands!
